Jessica represented pharmaceutical, insurance, banking and fortune 100 clients in a variety of employment-related disputes, including wage and hour class actions, as well as allegations of harassment, discrimination, and wrongful termination. Jessica defended clients against EEOC and New York and New Jersey Division on Civil Rights charges of discrimination.
Jessica also counseled corporate clients in policy drafting and revision, performance management, FMLA compliance, and ADA accommodation issues.
